Banking Services Specialist

Deine Aufgaben

• Assist customers with inquiries related to bank accounts, transactions, and services.
• Guide customers through account management, including deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
• Provide information on banking products and services, such as loans, credit lines, and savings accounts.
• Resolve issues related to account discrepancies, fees, and transaction errors.
• Assist customers with online banking platforms, mobile apps, and digital tools.
• Handle inquiries related to fraud, unauthorized transactions, and security concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, products, and industry trends.

Dein Profil

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is preferred.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.

Skills:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers.
• Proficiency in banking software, customer service platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Other: Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
