• Administration and operation of Windows Server environments 2016 - 2025
• Support for Active Directory, GPO structures, and DNS and DHCP services
• Administration of file, print, web, and terminal servers
• Management and integration of Azure/Entra ID services
• Patch, update, and software management, including SCCM
• Monitoring, analysis of alerts, and troubleshooting
• Ticket processing in 3rd-level support in compliance with SLAs
• Technical implementation of transitions and IT projects
• Release and change management
• Maintenance and updating of operating, process, and system documentation

• Operation and further development of hybrid Windows infrastructures across on-premises data centers and Azure-based platform services
• Responsibility for central directory, identity, and policy services
• Provisioning and stable operation of standardized Windows server services for application, access, and data provisioning
• Integration and use of on-premises or cloud-based identity and platform services
• Management of patch, update, and software distribution processes
• Monitoring of systems, analysis of events, and sustainable troubleshooting
• Handling complex incidents and changes in 3rd-level support in accordance with agreed SLAs
• Technical implementation of transitions, migrations, and infrastructure projects
• Planning, implementation, and control of release and change processes
• Maintenance and further development of operational, process, and system documentation
