About the Company

Imagine factories where robots and software work as one, and where everyone from skilled craftspeople to engineers can put automation to work. Automation like this takes over monotonous, high-precision tasks and leaves more room for human creativity.

At Wandelbots, we build Wandelbots NOVA, a Physical AI platform that connects data, AI and digital twins with industrial robots and machines. Our mission is to make Physical AI the backbone of how industry operates.

Founded in 2017, Wandelbots employs more than 150 people from 14 countries today. From our headquarters in Dresden, Germany, we are working toward one goal: making industrial automation intelligent, accessible and scalable.

Our culture is driven by purpose and values. We love autonomy, high fives and every kind of cake. We celebrate team efforts and learning moments, grow through feedback, and value kindness and empathy. We truly believe that robots love people, so we love them back.
