Your tasks
- Facilitate the assessment, selection, and deployment of new technologies to enhance efficiency and client experience in real estate operations
- Develop and execute an innovation roadmap aligned with business goals, focusing on technology integration and process improvements
- Oversee innovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with leadership, external partners and Start Ups to identify and drive innovation opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
- Educate and train staff on new technologies and practices to support continuous improvement
- Track KPIs to measure the impact of innovation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial principles
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Excellent analytical and communicational skills
- Project Management experience and willingness to work hard in a challenged environment
- Proficiency in English and German
