Team Leader Controlling (m/f/d)

Our client is an experienced engineering firm offering customized automation solutions for various industries.

- Take over technical and disciplinary management of the Controlling team of 2 people

- Lead the team in developing and expanding controlling instruments and processes, particularly in project controlling

- Act as a proactive sparring partner for commercial management and provide support to managers across departments on business management issues

- Prepare forecasts and plans for P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow

- Drive the utilization of BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI

- Bachelor's degree in economics, with a focus on controlling, finance, accounting, or related fields

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and experienced with BI tools

- Familiarity with SQL is preferred

- Proactive attitude and comfortable working in dynamic environments

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Prior management experience is advantageous
