For a globally operating company based in Munich, we are currently seeking you for a permanent position (competitive salary of up to EUR 90,000 gross per year, depending on experience, qualifications and professional fit / 38.5 hours per week) as (Senior) Specialist Internal Audit & J-SOX (m/f/x).

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Support and independently conduct internal and operational audits
• Review and further develop the company's Internal Control System
• Perform J-SOX-related control testing, assessment and documentation
• Identify process and control weaknesses and recommend appropriate improvement measures
• Prepare and communicate audit findings and recommendations
• Monitor agreed corrective actions and follow up on audit findings
• Support fraud investigations and other special audit assignments
• Work closely with European entities as well as the relevant Audit and J-SOX teams in Japan
• Depending on seniority, independently plan, manage and coordinate audit engagements

Ihr Profil:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Auditing or a comparable field
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to processes, risks and internal controls
• Fluent Japanese language skills, especially for professional communication with stakeholders in Japan
• Very good command of English
• Knowledge of or practical exposure to J-SOX
• Ability and willingness to work in an international and intercultural environment
