Engineering Manager (all genders)
As Engineering Manager, you will lead three cross-functional engineering teams, combining technical and engineering leadership, people development and delivery excellence. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will strengthen our engineering culture and advance modern approaches, including AI-native software development.
Tasks
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and develop 10-12 engineers across three cross-functional teams through mentoring, timely feedback, performance management and career development.
- Partner with Product and other stakeholders to align customer, business and technical priorities and manage dependencies and trade-offs.
- Communicate goals, progress, risks and decisions clearly, building trust and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of an AI-native SDLC, using AI and automation to improve productivity, quality and delivery effectiveness.
- Partner with Staff Engineers to shape technical direction, evolve architecture, manage technical debt and translate technology strategy into team priorities.
- Enable predictable, high-quality delivery by aligning capacity, managing dependencies and risks, and using engineering metrics to improve performance and reliability.

Requirements
What you'll need
- 2-3+ years of engineering management experience, leading and developing one or more software engineering teams
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating multiple priorities, dependencies and stakeholders
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience working in an AI-native SDLC and adopting AI-based engineering practices across teams
- A strong software development background in modern, customer-facing applications
- Understanding of frontend and backend technologies, architecture, APIs, cloud platforms and modern engineering practices
