We are looking for a Lead Engineer to lead one of our engineering pods and take ownership of a core module of our platform. You will balance high-velocity development with the rigor required for enterprise-scale sustainability software.
Activities
- Take full technical ownership of the modules your pod is responsible for.
- Build and ship complex, high-impact features yourself.
- Partner closely with our product managers to challenge requirements and simplify solutions, maximizing the impact your pod generates for our customers.
- Mentor and lead the engineers in your pod by example, supporting their professional development.
- Contribute to and help shape company-wide technical standards that enable engineers to consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Make pragmatic technical and operational decisions, providing clear direction even in situations of uncertainty.
Requirements
- Strong builder mindset.
- Strong backend or infrastructure engineering experience, ideally in fast-moving B2B SaaS startups.
- At least 4–5 years of experience with web technologies using JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Excellent English communication skills, with clear and structured communication.
- Ability to motivate, support and lead other engineers.
