Deine Aufgaben
- Doradztwo i obsługa jako pierwsza linia pomocy dla klientów
- Zarządzanie komunikacją z klientami za pośrednictwem różnych kanałów, takich jak telefon lub mail
- Odpowiadanie na wszystkie pytania dotyczące procesu zbierania punktów oraz ich wykorzystywania
- Wprowadzanie danych klienta do systemu
- Pomaganie w podstawowych czynnościach takich jak: logowanie do konta klienta, zamawianie dodatkowych kart lub nagród
Dein Profil
- Satysfakcja z obsługi klienta oraz empatia przy opracowywaniu różnorodnych zapytań klienta
- Znajomość języka niemieckiego na poziomie min. C1
- Bardzo dobra obsługa komputera i umiejętność multitaskingu
- Dyspozycyjność w godzinach pracy projektu PN-SO 8:00-20:00 (praca zmianowa), elastyczność, niezawodność i umiejętność pracy w zespole
- Dyspozycyjność w trakcie miesięcznego szkolenia (PN-PT do godziny 17:15)
