As a Food Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing Nestlé Professional's Food business across Malaysia and Singapore. You will develop the overall commercial strategy for the Food portfolio and lead cross-functional teams to drive sustainable and profitable business growth.

A Day in the Life of a Food Business Manager

Strategy & Business Growth

• Develop, implement and review the commercial strategy to strengthen Nestlé Professional's position in the out-of-home (OOH) food industry.

• Drive growth across Savoury and Dessert Solutions, while strengthening the Services pillar including customer-to-customer initiatives and training.

• Develop the overall business plan for the Food portfolio and ensure strong execution across the value chain.

• Track key business and financial performance indicators including NNS, RIG, OG and OP1.

Innovation & Renovation

• Develop and manage the Innovation & Renovation (I&R) pipeline based on operator needs across key channels.

• Work closely with Application Groups, R&D, PTC and external suppliers to bring relevant solutions to customers.

• Champion key Food innovation and renovation projects across the AOA region.

• Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and financial targets.

Winning with Customers

• Build customer value through relevant communication, marketing activities and service solutions.

• Drive growth in key food channels through effective customer and marketing initiatives.

• Work closely with GMs, Chefs, F&B Managers and Chef Associations to understand customer needs and strengthen relationships.

• Champion the MAGGI® Local Brand Board in synergy with the Retail Food business.

• Support initiatives that strengthen brand imagery, customer engagement and customer throughput.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Technical & Production, R&D, Support Services and other relevant functions.

• Partner with regional teams and shared services to deliver business priorities.

• Influence stakeholders across different functions to ensure strong execution and achievement of business objectives.

People Development

• Build and develop talent within the Food business, strengthening commercial and brand management capabilities.

• Coach and develop team members to deliver high performance.

• Promote strong work values, accountability and alignment with business goals.

• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, ownership and continuous improvement.

What Will Make You Successful

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales, preferably within the Food Service / Out-of-Home (FS/OOH) industry.

• Regional work experience is an added advantage.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

• Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to understand business performance drivers and long-term growth opportunities.

• Experience in developing and executing strategic and operational business plans.

• Strong financial analysis and pricing knowledge.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

• Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams and influence stakeholders across the organisation.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused, proactive and results-oriented, with strong strategic thinking and a passion for innovation.

• Strong people leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
