What you will do
- Install, configure, and operate Microsoft infrastructure environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File Services, for Managed Services customers
- Perform migrations mergers, carve-outs and major infrastructure upgrades
- Analyze and resolve technical issues while taking technical responsibility for customer projects and operational environments
- Contribute to documentation, standardization, automation, knowledge transfer, and the handover of tasks to 2nd-levelsupport teams
Who you are
- Several years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, including the design, implementation, operation, and troubleshooting of IT systems
- Strong expertise in Active Directory environments, including complex AD topologies multi-site, trusts, child domains, tiering models, cross-forest migrations and DHCP failover solutions
- Experience with Azure services IaaS, Landing Zones,Infrastructure as Code e.g., Terraform, and automatione.g., PowerShell, Ansible is an advantage
- Structured and independent working style with a strong focus on security and quality
- Good communication skills in German and English, with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to continuously develop
