Became a toxic environment, not much more to it. What started out as a place of collaboration and high spirits took a wrong turn fairly quickly.

Be connected with some informed colleagues and you're good, don't count on management to fill you in on the important things.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There's some amazing people still left but they all have a reason to leave now. Was once one of the strongest and most incredible factors of the company but with a lot of mismanagement, we got rid of that as well.

Doesn't matter that much anymore. Work hard or work hardly at all, no real difference to anyone.

Two or three good ones, forget the rest as they have absolutely no idea what they're doing.
Interessante Aufgaben
Building a product from the ground up (sort of) was pretty fun, everything after that was playing catch up.

Everyone's very young, not applicable.

Really nice office to the point where people got pampered too much for no apparent reason.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Actually salaries are too high. Not complaining but they're basically sending people off into a world of disappointment afterwards.
