Very collegial work environment with very high skilled professionals. An open and blame free failure culture too.

There are multiple processes in place to inform the whole company about results, decisions, strategy etc. On a team level there is also good information flow and teams are enabled to share learnings and achievements.

Strong team collaboration. Open atmosphere where different opinions are valued and respected and the best outcome for the users matters.
Work-Life-Balance
Very good and flexible working agreements. In the engineering area work load tends to be high sometimes but it did and does further improve. There is retros for all major events and projects. Management is constantly actively reviewing and hiring too where needed.

Overall very good. Everyone has an open ear. Sometimes information can be shared earlier to make sure everyone is on the same page at all times.

We are working to solve challenging topics. There has been a lot of interesting technology built and we are maturing on further improving quality and resiliency. If you are interested in cutting edge technologies and high quality of code this is the place to be.

Best office I have ever worked in. Game rooms, cinema, free snacks, drinks, flexible work spaces, a lot of test equipment and anything that could be missing can easily be addressed.

Lots of initiatives in various field e.g. supporting charity by selling IT equip that has been replaced or during COVID giving away excess food and drinks.
