Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The teamwork here is exceptional. Everyone is supportive and willing to help, which creates a very collaborative environment. The atmosphere is positive and professional, and I’ve felt welcomed from day one. The salary is also competitive, which is a definite plus.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
So far, I don’t have any major complaints. Things are running smoothly, but like any company, there’s always room to keep improving internal communication and staying agile as teams grow.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I've been working here now, and so far, it’s been a great experience. The company is well-organized, and I really appreciate the clear structures and processes in place—it makes day-to-day work smoother and more efficient.
