It was a nice experience. The people were friendly. I really enjoyed my time here. But it's time to move on.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
lack of diversity, bad work-life balance, low salary, not attractive for young people ....
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Low employee retention rate. But that's due to the bad work-life balance in the Big 4's in general. They should do something to attract more young people and make sure they stay longer. Most people just want 'KPMG' on their CV to move on and find a better workplace. (including me)
Also the lack of women and ethnical/racial diversity in a company like KPMG in such a diverse city like Frankfurt is truly a shame....
The IT potential is not fully exploited. (It seems like the BIG 4 are not a very popular choice for young IT/Computer Science Talents). I can truly understand that.
KPMG is probably the least attractive for young people to work. (of all the Big 4).
They are still good enough to compete with the others. But who knows how things will look in a couple of years...

Gleichberechtigung
The Big 4 are not know for diversity and inclusion. But of all the 4 KPMG is the worst. Just google 'The Big 4 Battle for Diversity & Inclusion'. This study reinforced my impression. There was a lack of racial and ethnical inclusion at my workplace that's for sure! An unacceptable thing in the year of 2022!
