Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
At the end, being in automitive you can have a decent life even though the work conditions are bad. However the processes were robust and the problems were solved in an organized way thanks to these processes.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The un fair and NOT EQUAL treatment to workers, the company culture, the salary (being for automotive), the bad behaviour of management, many nasty things that happened there and management tried to cover without any ethics.

Fire all management in Koeln directly. Open a big investigation and reward workers equally.

Management is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, LACKS OF ETHICAL BEHAVIUR and are NOT TRUSTFUL AT ALL. They are a group of friends who just protect each other. Nepotism is widely given.

Between colleagues the work together was totally fine, but those who pretend to make career by means of embarrasing other get promotions got widely rewarded in front of good people who were working really well.

Vorgesetztenverhalten
The worst bosses ever. Bad behaviour agaist women was covered by other bosses. Good people was fired to protect people with personal relationship with some management members. Arrogance is rewarded. The word "ethics" does not exist.
Interessante Aufgaben
We were taught that our customer was beyond God, so the concept of being servants to them was more important to management than building a "working together respectfully" environment.
Gleichberechtigung
As I said, arrogance was rewarded and the wrong people promoted by means of nepotism. This was way too obvious. No inmigrant was ever promoted, so we can even talk about racism. People without engineering were called "engineers" in front of peoeple from other countries with university studies and masters. This was very embarrasing.

The workers themselves were generally OK, i have contact with a couple of them.

I was paid 1/2 as a young German engineer should earn. So totally NOK.
