I didn't recommend this company, Lakkerland Riegel(Freiburg) is not good choice, especially in Lager and Kommissionier

There is always pressure from the woman(she sit in buro), she always want something more. Man can not eve water drink or take a breath 1 minute.

Communication is on low level, especially if you are new there no one will listen you and your opinions.
Work-Life-Balance
The worst thing is that you have not from-to work time, every day is different and depends on "when work is finished" then you can go home, so for example one day 16 o'clock, next day 16:30 o'clock then 17:00 etc..
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Behavior is also on very low level especially from the management and shift leader.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
No chance to dealing with older colleagues, second day there I asked one of them to explain me how it work that, he responded me "Sorry I have no time", everyone hurry everyone is with constant pressure.
Arbeitsbedingungen
A lot of work, for example my average steps per day was 23k. Like I said literally you don't have time to drink water.
