The company claims itself to have a "start up" flair, however they clearly do not act like that. The processes take forever, and you loose so much time and opportunities because of it. They also believe in having a great work atmosphere, while nobody speaks to each other, they do not include people that are out of their circle and they actually tell you which person/colleague you should or shouldn't talk to... To my point of view, they should really work on their work environment, management processes and decision making processes.
