Sehr kollegial, viel Miteinander, wenig Gegeneinander. Ich liebe das Münchner Office - viele Leute haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit, sind passioniert dabei und haben Lust etwas zu bewegen.
Auch wenn es mal stressig wird, so hat man doch immer die Möglichkeit sein Privatleben und den Beruf perfekt abzustimmen.

Obwohl es ältere Mitglieder im Team gibt, sind sie gut in ihre jeweiligen Teams eingebunden. Es gibt jedoch weniger ältere Kollegen im Vergleich zu den jüngeren Generationen.

Unverhältnismäßige Reaktionen vom Management, unfaires Vorführen. Generell scheint das Management teilweise planlos, wie man seine Mitarbeiter inspiriert und wertschätzt. Management ist überarbeitet.
