Improve the "days off" policy with seniority (it is one of the rare areas where limehome is worse than the average).

Work-Life-Balance

The high expectations might make it sometimes difficult but there is usually no pressure to provide work out of working hours (rather the opposite: pushing for people to avoid working out standard hours).
The flexible working hours and remote working possibilities (up to full time) help a lot to manage in a positive way the work-life balance.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

The relatively small size of the company makes some career development difficult. However, the company offers for all positions a leadership and an expert track which enables employees to grow (& wages to increase with more responsibilities) without too much blockers (e.g. because there cannot be too many people managers). Also, the company is usually open to make organizational adjustments if fitting to the employees needs (for high performers) and swapping between departments is also possible even if not being so frequent.
If you are a high performer (pushing to reach more than usual expectations), you definitely will be able to find good career development at limehome.

Gehalt/Benefits

Wages in the tech/product department is satisfactory. Additional benefits are also available (but obviously limited compared to large companies). The days off policy could be better (more than minimum but not much more).

For me, I always had a lot of ownership in my team decisions and goals but it of course depends on the team and manager. In some cases, it might be more complicated and "conflicts" might arise but then the management always tries to reach a peaceful resolution of the issue.

Very transparent communication that allows everyone to understand where the company is and what comes next (company wide updates every second week).

Gleichberechtigung

There has been a strong push recently to increase the share of female employees across departments and in the leadership. Still limited improvements on the leadership side but for example the tech department has about as many female and male workers which is rare and shows the company focus on this area.

Plenty of interesting project and a lot of future possibilities considering the fast growth of the company.

Insgesamt ist die Arbeitsatmosphäre sehr gut und es herrscht eine faire, offene sowie vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit.

Work-Life-Balance

Limehome hat eine Vertrauensarbeitszeit. Das heißt, wenn man selbst dahinter ist, kann man definitiv eine gute Work-Life-Balance erzielen. Sicherlich ist der Workload auch hier und da mal entsprechend hoch - kaum verwunderlich bei einem erfolgreichen Startup - , doch mit der richtigen Einstellung lässt sich definitiv eine gesunde Arbeitsumgebung schaffen!

Der Benefit Urban-Sportsclub trägt ebenfalls zu einer einer guten Work-Life-Balance bei. Zumindest bei mir.

Bei limehome gibt es definitiv Wachstumspotenzial für jeden Einzelnen! Zweimal im Jahr gibt es Performance Gespräche im Rahmen eines 360° Feedbacks und somit wird auch auf Entwicklungswege regelmäßig geschaut. Außerdem gibt es limitless learning als ein Benefit zur Weiterentwicklung.

Hierarchien bei limehome sind flach und so kann man problemlos mit seinem direkten Vorgesetzten oder auch dem
Management Team ohne große Barrieren zusammenarbeiten.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Die Arbeitsausstattung bei limehome ist top! Man kann sogar wählen, ob man lieber mit einem Mac oder bspw einem Lenovo arbeiten möchte. Außerdem kann man in ein mordernes Office in Toplage gehen oder man arbeitet flexibel aus dem Home Office und wird auch da mit der Ausstattung unterstützt. Arbeiten aus dem EU-Ausland auf Zeit, ist auch kein Problem.

Kommunikation

Regelmäßig werden in Allhands Meetings Company Updates & Zahlen vom Management Team transparent geteilt. Auch innerhalb des Teams stimmt die Kommunikation / Abstimmung, sodass man sich immer gut zu den wichtigsten Themen abgeholt fühlt.

Gleichberechtigung

Auf Gleichberechtigung wird definitiv Wert gelegt. limehome hat ein sehr diverses Team. Von Werkstudent bis Management Team Member ist jeder ein wertgeschätzter Mitarbeiter. Die Frauen vs. Männerquote in Führungspositionen bei limehome ist ausgeglichen und unterschiedlichste Nationalitäten arbeiten zusammen. In meiner bisherigen Zeit bei limehome habe ich es immer mal wieder mitbekommen, dass ehemalige Mitarbeiter mit Freude wieder zurück zu limehome kommen. Was sehr schön zu sehen ist und definitiv für limehome als Arbeitgeber sprechen.

Interessante Aufgaben? Check!! Die Aufgaben sind vielfältig. Monoton und langweilig wird es definitiv nicht. Man hat Gestaltungsfreiraum und es wird auf die Stärken des Einzelnen eingegangen und damit Arbeit auch fair verteilt!

Sehr kollegial, viel Miteinander, wenig Gegeneinander. Ich liebe das Münchner Office - viele Leute haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit, sind passioniert dabei und haben Lust etwas zu bewegen.

Auch wenn es mal stressig wird, so hat man doch immer die Möglichkeit sein Privatleben und den Beruf perfekt abzustimmen.

Obwohl es ältere Mitglieder im Team gibt, sind sie gut in ihre jeweiligen Teams eingebunden. Es gibt jedoch weniger ältere Kollegen im Vergleich zu den jüngeren Generationen.

Es mag herausfordernde Zeiten geben, aber dennoch ist das Team und die Stimmung mehr als nur Phänomenal!

Regelmäßige All-Hands und Team-Meetings - nicht zu viel & nicht zu wenig - genau richtig!
Transparente Leadership Entscheidungen. Flache Hierarchien welche auch Kritik aufnehmen können und versuchen das bestmögliche herauszuholen.

Teams sind vielfältig und gut ausgewogen, sowohl was das Geschlecht betrifft als auch die verschiedenen Hintergründe und Herkünfte.
Limehome hat auch ein Diversity Council. Das erste Mal für mich, dass ein Unternehmen sich dem Thema so sichtbar überhaupt annimmt.

Insgesamt ne runde Sache. Für mich überragend :-) Kritiker sollten mal über folgendes nachdenken: es gibt in D ca. 3,5 Mio. Unternehmen . Eventuell ist Limehome nicht so doof wie ihr denkt, sondern es hat einfach nicht gepasst. Dafür gibt es noch 3.499.999 Möglichkeiten, zu schauen wo es ggf. besser passt.

Ich empfinde die Atmosphäre extrem gut, die Kollegen sind nett und hilfsbereit. Wie im wahren Leben gibt es natürlich immer die ein oder andere Ausnahme.

Man hat Vertrauen und Freiheit, aber auch viel Arbeit. Selbstmanagement ist das A und O.
