It's not a family friendly company. There is a kindergarten in place, but don't count on it, you won't get a place. You will also face problems when you want to leave earlier to get your kid from kindergarten and continue to work from home.

The only downside here is you have non-Tech managers! which makes it hard in some cases to communicate

It really depends on the team you belong to and their tasks. Usually its not that interesting

You don't get to choose your device as in many other companies but there are good monitors in the office

The salaries are normal in the company not over the average

There are no career options available, you need to be lucky enough to get a promotion, usually randomly! not based on your efforts nor knowledge.
You won't get any chance to give your input or bring new ideas.
Not enough trainings available and the ones available has no good quality.
