I find the work atmosphere to be really good and professional.
For anyone who isn't sure to work with us... don't think about it 2 times, just do it. If you're well prepared, know and enjoy your job and are ready to work on interesting projects you won't regret it at all.

Keep hearing the worker voices. The company is alredy doing a good job at being transparent and hearing with the workers concerns but it can always improve.

The company events are really good. The teams events are very good as well and I see that the managers and colleagues do their best to motivate the workers.
I have been working for 1+ year here and haven't had a single issue with anyone. I just love the general professionalism.

Even as a non-native German speaker you wouldn't have a communication issue here.

Colleagues are great. I'm happy to work with friendly and professional colleagues.

As a Consultant Developer I don't have any issues at all. I have the opportunity to travel from time to time which is fun to be honest.

If you like to learn something new every day this is the perfect opportunity.
I haven't had a project in which I felt bored, all of them have been interesting and a great learning experience.
Also you wouln't be let alone, if you need help you will get it.

For what I have seen and experience I can say every one has a fair change to grow within the company.

I see a lot of collagues working since decades here, this shows how comfortable they feel with the company.

The work devices are good, you won't have an issue with that. Also the company is constantly improving in this subject.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The company pays fairly based in your studies and professional experience of course.
I can say that I'm happy with my income and we get a yearly automatic increase, even this can be negotiated and they usually will try to please you.

In my experience is great. I have got good feedback from externals when I tell them where I work and what we do.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is always the possibility to learn here, just talk with your manager and they will help you with that.
And I imagine a lot depends of your field of course, but in every career there is always room for improvement.
