Good learning experience. Mainly learned what I dont want from a workplace. Also very good at selling itself.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Pretty much everything after the honeymoon phase. Poor leadership, no transparency, and a strong hire and fire culture. Funny now. Not so much back then.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Treat people like humans, not headcount. Be more open. Pay fairly for the same work. Less micromanagement. Less hire and fire. More trust. Not rocket science.

Started off with a good vibe. Didnt last. Bad people decisions killed the mood pretty fast.

All about how you negotiate at the start. New hires sometimes earn way more. Loyalty doesnt pay.

Hard core capitalism. People come second.

Trust is gone. Effort isnt rewarded. Used to help each other out. Now everyone just looks after themselves.

Some decent managers, but top leadership is the problem. Pressure rolls downhill, hands are tied.

You get used to hire and fire. Probably shouldnt, but you do.

Rough. Lots of rumours, very little clarity. Management reacts instead of communicating.
Gleichberechtigung
Same jobs, very different pay. Talking about salaries is clearly not encouraged.

Sounds exciting on paper. Reality check comes quickly.
