ArbeitsatmosphäreAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

Leadership creates an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty. There is little trust between management and employees, and communication is mostly top-down with no room for feedback (of course they say the company always has an open ear, but one part of the team is just afraid, and the other part doesn't seem to care anymore).
Instead of former Live question feedback options via Slido, we were told that they appreciate 'talking face to face' adressing all kinds of stuff, and leaders apparently thought we would buy it or not understand what's actually going on.

Leadership lacks transparency and consistency. Decisions are often arbitrary, and favoritism is clearly noticeable. Managers rarely support their teams and tend to shift blame instead of taking responsibility.

It seems that investors force change with more and more leaders exchanged that then exchange people below them. It used to be 1 team around here, but now everyone's just fighting for their own.
Normal 'workers' are living in fear. Talk behind the scenes is super critical, many seem to be looking for another employer by now.

Internal communication is poor. Important information is either shared too late or not at all, which creates confusion and unnecessary stress. There is no culture of open dialogue anymore. Rumors fill communication voids.

Instead, they try internal marketing with value months etc, that nobody seemes to care about.

Colleagues are still somewhat supportive and try to make the best out of a difficult environment. However, high turnover and low morale make it hard to build stable working relationships. Cynicism spreads fast.

Work-Life-BalanceAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

Work-life balance is practically non-existent. Overtime is normal. Taking time off is of course 'totally fine, as long as the work gets done by someone else' - but every teammate themself is overloaded already.

VorgesetztenverhaltenAngestellte/r oder Arbeiter/in

Feels like americanized leadership by now. Forced rotation of the people below leadership, to show they are 'acting in challenging times' (One leader even mentioned in front of everybody that 'there's an unwritten rule that new leaders have to show change' - well, thanks!) instead of keeping good employees and improving their skillsets(the few ones that want to stay). Most leaders are in USA and do not feel connected to the base at all.
