The speed and amount of change can sometimes be exhausting and not everyone will enjoy that environment. Also, because of remote work, the office occasionally feels emptier than it probably used to.

It would be great to create more incentives for people to spend time together onsite, because collaboration and culture are strongest when people actually meet in person. Besides that, continuing to improve transparency during bigger changes would help employees feel even more involved.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is pretty much what you would expect from a modern startup that is growing into a more established company. People are very approachable and the environment is relaxed, but at the same time the company has a really nice office in Stuttgart and organizes a lot of events and activities. There’s a good balance between flexibility and professionalism.
A lot of people work remotely, which is great, but sometimes the office can feel a bit empty during quieter weeks. On the other hand, when more people are around, the energy is really good. I personally enjoy the international collaboration a lot, especially between Europe and the US. If you like intercultural teamwork, that’s definitely a plus here.
Kommunikation
Communication from management is generally transparent and honest. Leadership shares updates about where the company stands, what is going well, and also where challenges exist. Especially recently, there has been more focus on strategy and clearer communication around priorities and direction.
Of course, during times of change you always wish for more information or earlier communication, but I also understand that not everything is finalized immediately. Overall, I feel the company handles change in a reasonable and professional way.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I think this depends a bit on the team, but in my experience the team spirit is very good. Even though we work remotely quite often, there are still many opportunities to exchange ideas and collaborate closely. People are supportive and approachable.
Work-Life-Balance
The pace is definitely faster than what you might know from larger corporations. It’s not the kind of place where everything moves slowly or where you can fully switch off all the time. But if you enjoy a dynamic environment and want to grow quickly, it can actually be very motivating.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I really enjoy working with my manager. I get regular feedback, we openly discuss my development, and communication feels honest and authentic. I never had the feeling that topics are avoided and overall there is a strong focus on growth and trust.
Interessante Aufgaben
One thing that definitely doesn’t get boring here is the work itself. The role continuously evolves and you naturally take on more responsibility over time. If you are proactive, there are a lot of opportunities to contribute beyond your original job description and grow very quickly.
Gleichberechtigung
Like in many IT companies, there are still more men than women overall, especially in technical areas. But from my experience people are treated equally and respectfully. Personally, I would still like to see more women in leadership positions in the future.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
We don’t have that many older colleagues overall, but my experiences have been positive. I never noticed any unfair treatment.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are very good. The equipment is modern and high quality, the office is centrally located in Stuttgart and easy to reach, and there is flexibility to work from home. The company also puts effort into making onsite time meaningful with team activities and events.

Nothing particularly outstanding, but overall okay from my perspective.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary and benefits are fair, even if they are probably not at the level of huge corporations. Overall I would still consider the package competitive for a startup/scale-up environment.

The company has a good reputation overall, especially within the startup and SaaS environment in Germany. Of course there are bigger and more well-known brands in Stuttgart or Chicago, but within its niche the company is definitely recognized and respected.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are career paths in place and development conversations happen regularly with managers. I feel supported in terms of personal growth and there are opportunities to develop quickly if you take initiative.
