From Hype to Decline
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I was told: in the beginning it was unbelievable good.
Now:
- Leadership lacks transparency
- managers don´t (or rarely) support their teams
- you work in fear not to be canceled
- you can feel the pressure of investors: a lot of terminations without a reason
Kommunikation
- between team members its super nice
- managers (depends on the department) always cancel your meetings, don´t tell you their vision and fire you without a negative feedback before
- always talk about company values, but absolutely don´t live them
Work-Life-Balance
- when work is done, its easy
- overtime is normal
Vorgesetztenverhalten
really depends on the department, but mine was super bad:
- americanized leadership! hire and fire (new managers have to perform and change everything)
- canceled/postponed meetings almost every week
- if you are not "loud", he doesn´t see you
- not supportive

Nothing happened to me, but heard a few things

Too many people changes, to many leadership/manager changes, so its hard improve things
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Horrible! As they shift every manager role to US, they fly all the time just for beeing in the other office for 3 days.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is low. When you are with the company for some years its super low and they dont change it

There is a "clear plan", but its only written.
