MB Energy News
One Team. One MB Energy. MB Energy Day 2026.
What happens when colleagues from across the globe come together with one shared ambition? We create momentum.
At our annual MB Energy Day, employees around the world connected online to celebrate what unites us, reflect on the transformation we're in and look forward to the future we will shape together.
In his keynote, our CEO Jonathan Perkins made one thing clear: we have set ambitious plans and now it is time to turn them into real impact. This means optimising across our entire value chain, staying true to the unique DNA of MB Energy and bringing every single colleague along on the journey. Because transformation is not something that happens to us. It is something we make happen together.
The day also brought us together through inspiring external perspectives, interactive breakout sessions, the MB Energy Awards Ceremony (Congratulations to all the winners and nominees! 🎉) and an open panel discussion with our ExCom.
👏 Thank you to everyone who contributed, shared ideas and made this global online gathering a true expression of our team spirit.
Mud, teamwork and plenty of energy!
A team of fearless MB Energy colleagues took on the XLETIX Challenge in Grömitz. Together, they conquered a course of up to 18 kilometres and 35 obstacles - climbing, crawling, swimming and, of course, getting thoroughly muddy along the way.
The challenge demanded courage, endurance and real teamwork. Whether lending a hand over an obstacle or motivating each other through the final kilometres, the team showed what can be achieved when we tackle a challenge together.
A huge congratulations to everyone who participated and thank you for bringing such fantastic team spirit and energy to the course!
Our Energy, Your Way. 🙌
Rain couldn’t stop our team spirit!
Five MB Energy teams and 25 colleagues took to the track at this year’s Stadtpark Relay Race, completing the 25-kilometre course in teams of five with each runner covering 5 km.
Beyond the sporting challenge, the evening was all about connection, encouragement and shared experiences. At our MB Energy team tent, colleagues cheered each other on, exchanged stories between stages and refuelled with BBQ and refreshments.
A special congratulations goes to the “Strandkai Sprinters”, our fastest MB Energy team, who finished in an impressive 1:56:11 and secured 29th place in the men’s category.
Our results at a glance:
🏃 Strandkai Sprinters: 29th place, Men (1:56:11)
