Fill positions with people who are suitable for the job and are motivated to support the team. There should be more people above you who are coaches and not commanders and negotiators.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I think there should be more recognition for what has been achieved so far and not simply younger people trying to knock the older ones off the throne. Perhaps more communication is needed and more cooperation and more compromise and more accommodation from both sides.
Kommunikation
Project managers should not look for gaps through which they can achieve their goals, but talk to colleagues who have been with them for a long time and understand their work. Sometimes some colleagues should put their interests second and ask themselves whether it is beneficial for everyone
Gleichberechtigung
In some places, women might be better because they are perhaps less career-oriented and more focused on the good of all. That's my opinion.
