- Really Challenging and interesting projects around every corner, lot of opportunities to learn and grow. Some things been totally new for me, it shows continuous learning is very important and help me to grow rationally towards my career goal in a Long-Term run. I am thrive to give my best in every condition and things helps me to enhance the skills and contribute more effectively.
- Team leader & some individual is really good guide for me in every situation, helps in right decision making as things were new for me.
- It doesn´t feels like, I am part of the Team at all. Individually each persons is supportive, Actionable but when comes a team everyone fails. Simply Going out doesn´t make us a real team. Sometime it doesn´t seem as very collaborative teamwork or working place. Even some colleagues keen to know only about me or just be with me for some information or to know how i feel about the workplace, situation or something like that. I can easily see sometimes, why they are with me, just for information about me nothing much or nothing less. Genuinely it's feels like they were informing about me to someone. It´s seem more like informer about me to rest of the team. Sometimes, it feels like someone watching me or have an eye me. I can't be myself or behave freely.
- I will really appreciate opportunity to work here, but I would like to discuss my salary. Consider my Degree with my knowledge, skills and the value I bring to the organization, i believe a more competitive salary would be fair and motivate for me to contribute effectively for LONG-TERM to the team success.
- Hope it´s not so negative or discriminating; I just want to convey openly how i feel openly about my working environment and the conditions.
