Zum Schluss bin ich nicht gleich aus dem Zoom Gespräch rausgegangen und hab gleich das nächste mitbekommen.
Die Dame aus der HR Abteilung entschuldigte sich bei dem 3 Anwesenden für Ihre Zeit, das geht mal gar nicht.Dies kann man machen wenn der Bewerber nicht mehr online ist.

After initiating the application process in July, I experienced swift responses for interviews in August and September, followed by a prolonged silence until October when I was offered the position. Despite being given only a few days to review and sign the contract, I promptly completed the task.
Regrettably, the sudden contract termination, citing financial problems, raises concerns about the integrity of the selection process. It seems counterintuitive to proceed with hiring when the intention to cancel the contract was foreseeable. This decision, made after more than a four-month-long engagement, has significant repercussions as I had declined other opportunities and terminated a mini-job commitment, leaving me without employment or income.
I urge MyTheresa to consider the human impact of such decisions, especially in the context of junior positions where job market conditions are already challenging for recent graduates. Transparent and humane communication is crucial in situations like these, and I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of the hiring and communication processes.
Recruiting manager revoke the offer made just after few hours that too without giving any evidential reason. Recruiting manager didn't had any professionalism. When I said I rejected other offer just because you gave confirmation, he simply replied that 'no big deal young man, you are smart enough to catch good job'. Good luck for the people seeking employment here. This firm/ company deserve to be in my blacklist company list.

The application process lasted from June 5 until September 10 (3 months and 5 days). I first sent my application and received a confirmation email informing me that it is being processed and they will get back to me as soon as possible. Over one month later, I received a test which I completed and sent back. Three days later, I received an invitation to a video interview taking place two weeks later. I did my best preparing for this interview and was so enthusiastic to express my motivation. To my surprise, the interview lasted for 30 minutes only, and all questions asked during the interview were so empty and irrelevant as though there was interest in examining whether I am qualified for this position or not. The interview was led by three individuals and was mainly taken over by the Copywrite team leader; she was nice and friendly, but I was expecting more relevant questions. After waiting for two weeks without receiving any feedback or answer regarding the interview, I contacted them to inquire about the status of my application and was told that the hiring team was on vacation and that I will probably receive an answer within the next two weeks.
