While Mytheresa provides good salaries and opportunities, there is always room for improvement in terms of financial compensation. However, this is true for almost any company.
Gehalt/Benefits
The salary is good. While there are companies that may offer more, I have seen a clear improvement compared to my previous employer. I particularly appreciate the regular salary review process, which often results in increases almost every year. This isn’t something I’ve experienced everywhere.

While communication is already very good, there is always room for improvement. You can never communicate too much, and fostering even more transparency and dialogue would further enhance the working environment.
