the team I was in is very great team. we also fighting, but fighting for discussion some technic things, after that , we still go lunch/coffee together.

very very friendly. and my boss will ask me if the working load ok. around 9 years, there is no reject for my holiday from my boss.

this is the point that there is not too much freedom for new things. but if people insist to do it, it is still can be work.
