The team is young and everyone supports each other. Although the workload is high, you rarely feel stressed. You rather have the feeling of being part of a challenging project.

The company tries to be as transparent as possible. Sometimes the communication seems a bit chaotic, but sooner or later you get to know everything that is relevant.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There is great cohesion within the engineering team in particular. Once a quarter, a workshop week takes place, where engineering topics can be discussed away from the daily business. You don't have to be hesitant to ask questions, and everyone is happy to help.

All managers are very nice and you generally feel comfortable. Sometimes the responsibilities are a bit vague, this needs to be worked on.

Great product and you have the feeling to create impact with your work. If you demand it, you can work on completely different topics and you are able to learn a lot in a very short time.

Very nice office which is also easy to reach by public transport. If there are problems with anything, you can always address this and a solution will be found.

The salary is fair, but not outstanding. But that's what you have to expect at a startup.
