Good company. I joined the company few months ago(2022). I would like to do a review. Maybe that helps to other people.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Good atmosphere at work. The business is related with motorsports/motorbikes, if you are into this, is a plus.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I don´t like the food options there. I would like the company to have an in-house canteen or cafeteria.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Everything could be improved always. I would remove the walls at the office and have an open space.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
People here is quite nice. The company is related with motorsports/motorbikes, so this is a nice topic to talk about with the colleagues all the time. In my case, colleagues helped me a lot. I moved here from another country and they even helped me finding apartment.
Kommunikation
As far as I know, the company tries to share the info with the workers. We had a Christmas event where the company shared with us some information. We can always ask everything we are worried about.

As I said, in my case the colleagues were very nice since the first day.

We do have working time flexibility and we do home office some days, if you are working at the office.

I have no complains about this. As the other colleagues, my superior helped me a lot.

In terms of tasks, there is a lot of work to do, since the company is growing quite fast.
Gleichberechtigung
There are a lot of nationalities in the company. I am not from Germany and I can say that is not a problem. My colleagues are men and women and no problem regarding this.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
As I said, I am lucky about my colleagues, most of them they´ve changed their country or relocate here, and this is a nice common thing between us.
Arbeitsbedingungen
In the case of the offices, conditions are what you will expect for an office. Tables are big and we are using very good hardware, like laptops. I have to say that I am happy with that part.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
I can´t say that much about it but in my department we are constantly trying not to waste paper. Also, we are required to sort the trash, that is good I think.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary in my case is in the level of other companies. I do have some benefits like the company can help you with the transport, or even renting a bike. Also they helped me with my German classes.

I don´t really know how the image of the company is outside here. I didn´t see any colleague talking bad a bout the company. We have a lot of work to be done and sometimes this is a little bit overwhelming, but personally I do like that.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
What I´ve seen is the company is growing faster than usual. That has some negative things and some positive. Negative would be that the company is evolving continuously but the positive part is that you can grow with the company.

In regards of the office space, you might have heard about our ReshaPE project, in which we collected ideas for adopting the office environment, especially as the new home office possibility changed a lot.
With the food supply you are mentioning an important topic - not perfect solution yet. We will keep working on this.
