How it was done recently and over last years? Such a shame. I expect no future for this company with even these disworking, mismanagement and divding colleagues on leadership, destroying culture of once well athmosphere. Horrible destruction managed by not knowing at highlevel.
Managing down an once favorable company, but now it sucks deeply. We see it on audience rating and falling down shares, turned by new "managers". No trust anymore together. Just senseless administration about KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) every week senseless disturbing time-killing discussions and calls, instead of working on hands, but they never ever learn anymore.
Wasting on time and destroying employees perspectives. This company will fail and fall down and will have no future, as we see each day on the shareholder market, successfully completed by lunkheaded management.
Hope MediaSet and PPF (main shareholders) will get this turned, otherwise Game Over.
