The trust is missing. There is no room for even irrational optimism in the current state.

Promotions are frozen since years. The frustration of people doesn't seem to attract the board's attention.

The board is ignoring the frustration of people and is seemingly getting away with it.

The behaviour of the board lately is toxic and hostile. It is pushing away the best talent of the company.

Kommunikation

Exclusive. German used in company meetings. Excluding non-German speaking employees, which are a great deal of the work force.

Also, the board holds back information from the employees and tries to communicate as late as possible.

The salaries have not been raised for the past 18 months.
