Unawareness from higher levels and lacking accountability. Missing communication on the most important end like the leaving program.

There are normal days and there are days where there is so much work that you cant legally log your time anymore. There have been days on weekends where there needed to be work done because the load can not be managed during the regular work week. New board is annoyed with people working from home because they cant see what we are doing. They are not annoyed with us doing over time though, that they cant see.

The money i get paid is not obly under competitor standards its also not fair for the workload and responsibility i have at all. Like said waiting for ages for promotion and work at a lower lebel job title while working higher level responsibilites.

Our wntire fleet is electric and you can charge your car outside the office.

My direct lower management and team head great. Higher up inconsistant, confusing, not transpartent or aware of the people be low and the effect their decisions have on us. I think lower management suffers from the new situation because they want to protect us but everything still gets pushed through from the top.

Office nice and macbooks for work for the designers.
However you are expected to use you private phone for authentification. Also i have colleagues that have to use their private ipad for drawing for years. Wearing down their own stuff because ther is no budget. (Other BUs get tablets double abd triple the price and trips to asia while being asked no questions which is wild to me)
Kommunikation
I have a great manager and team lead that try their best to communicate with little to no intransparent confusing information from higher management.
Comments from higher levels and top of the compny often now come when projects are already done causing days and days of extra work, changes and us looking unprofessional infront of out business partners.
Gleichberechtigung
Inconsistant. Waited for a promotion for years always asking for it. You can only get promoted 2 a year. I was told i deserve it and it was being pushed for. Nothing ever happened and the company was profiting off of me being underpaid for my job.. ver frustrating. Other people on the other hand with less experience get promoted the first time. And i got to hear a differwnt excuse every time. If you want to be promoted dont rely on somebody to help you go higher up and make people aware and push for it. Because they will leave you underpaid and overworked.
