the atmosphere is pleasant. Professional, friendly, open & honest. The team is great and we also have fun together. There is an open feedback culture.

Kommunikation

Communication is transparent and active. Everyone is encouraged to contribute. For this purpose, there are also different communication rules, channels, and emphasis is placed on uniform language and terminology.
Team meetings have an agenda to which everyone can contribute. Financials are disclosed monthly and explained by management. Every employee has 1on1's. There are strategy workshops and kickoff meetings with an "annual theme" and goals for the year.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The team is fun. It is colorful, talented, highly motivated and committed. In processes, responsibilities are distributed according to strengths. Successes are greeted and celebrated. If something goes wrong, people are comforted. Those who need help and support get it. We often do something together for lunch, coffee or after work.

Work-Life-Balance

The core working hours are from 11:00 - 17:00. Around that time, you can arrange it however you like. There are no official meetings at lunchtime so that everyone can take a reasonable break. Vacation requests are discussed within the team and can usually be taken as planned. Taking individual days at short notice is no problem. From 22 December to 02 January the company is closed and everyone is sent on vacation.

The owner and managing director has clear visions and ambitious goals. He expects the same commitment and passion from his employees. Anyone who doesn't like that is in the wrong place here. Anyone who is enthusiastic about this is welcome to contribute ideas, suggestions for solutions, and decision-making. This can be very challenging at times. My supervisor takes time for intensive annual meetings, goes through my feedback every quarter, asks for feedback himself, and regularly adjusts priorities and goals with me. I get enough challenges but I feel like I'm being cared for as well.

Working in the game industry is always varied and exciting. Trends and projects are constantly changing. That can be challenging, but also very exciting. You learn something new all the time and can expand your horizon and skills. Job roles grow with affiliation and are often adjusted. Your own strengths and development wishes are taken into account.

I have the impression that what RCP wants to represent is also what it tries to exemplify and be. Of course, it doesn't succeed in every situation, but it doesn't feel fake. There is an honest and authentic interaction internally as well as externally.

i have rarely experienced a company that offers so much in-house training, knowledge transfer, training and workshops, mentoring and coaching. Both internally and with external trainers. Annual reviews are taken very seriously, there are quarterly check-ins and surveys. An open feedback culture is practiced. Every employee is given a personality profile, which is also shared publicly among colleagues. If you want, you can develop extremely well and go very far.
