Salaries are reasonable for the games industry. At first it's not much, but as soon as you reach regular, senior or management level it's ok and you can live well on it.
Salaries are always paid on time. There are also special benefits such as local transport and train tickets, extra pension, daycare allowance, etc. and gifts on appropriate occasions.

Das Gehalt ist auf sehr niedrigem Niveau; das ist von allen Funktionsträgern zu hören. Da die Firma stark auf ihre Wirtschaftlichkeit achten muss, ist dies vordergründig auch in Ordnung; niemand muss einen Arbeitsvertrag unterschreiben. Es mutet dann allerdings seltsam an, dass sich das Unternehmen solch verhältnismäßig teure Büroräume leistet.
