Everyone is super nice and willing to help. Showing how to use the software thoroughly. Offering previous use cases for new projects. Brainstorming sessions how to solve project problems, etc. Also being in Reply - enables networking possibilities with colleagues in different IT areas. Colleagues and networking opps is definitely the best part of Arlanis Reply.
Work-Life-Balance
Purposefully does not push for working over 40 hours despite it being a consultant project life. Management recognizes when you're overworked and tries to help find a solution. Fun events via "Fun.Mu" (Reply organized events - ski, game night, Xletix, etc.)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Love the openness and approachability of each managers. Honest about feedback when asking for it. Possible to actually enjoy a beer together. Office politics of course exists though as everywhere.
Interessante Aufgaben
Works hard to win projects but isn't always easy for outside of "Core" salesforce. Many long term projects so not too many options to switch between projects. Also possibility to grow and work on outside of project work (even if it doesnt "help" in salary since project billability is most valued - as typical within consultancies)
Gleichberechtigung
Of course fewer females in an IT field but brilliant colleagues are all equally valued and respected. Treatment is equal.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Many colleagues have been there for many years. They're supportive with their expertise and offer insights. Constant support for growth and stability is probably why they all stay for long-term.

office is great and modern. Open floor planning. There could be more rooms for meetings. technology is great - two monitors, bluetooth keyboard/mouse. latest Mac or PC, iPhones or Androids. iPad / Pencil. You can order what you need.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Bahncard to support use of trains, Flights also possible. Modern offices - Automated lights/AC control. But uses wasteful coffee capsules.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Recognizes salary is lower than consultancy average, but offers great WLB in return. (Depends on prios whether this fits your needs or not.) Bonus is based on project billability (80%) and is standard Reply policy. Reaching full bonus is largely based on the project you are placed on, which could make it unfair depending on bench time. Other factors include- certificates, knowledge sharing, other tasks, etc.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Great opportunities for new Salesforce consultants (not many bigger firms give you the opportunity to learn from scratch). Possibilities to interact with supportive senior colleagues for fast learning. Senior track is not so clear but can be negotiated (sometimes). For more responsibilities and salary increases - best to move jobs (as typical for all companies unfortunately). Being in Reply network enables flexibility to move based on interest.
