Not a place to work if you want a future
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Almost nothing, there is fruit and coffee and tea free of charge but thats it.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lack of leadership, lying to employees, an employee can be there 1 day and gone the next.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere was slowly but surely being eroded. There was a trust but this has been broken by every middle manager in the company and by the senior management.
Kommunikation
Communication is poor, there are IT standup meetings but the decisions are made and often direct questions are not answered
Vorgesetztenverhalten
There are always conflicts between teams because the People Managers and Middle managers change the way of working and cause many issues.
Interessante Aufgaben
Originally it started off well but has faded off.
Arbeitsbedingungen
A huge open space where it is extremely hard to concentrate with almost 40-50 people in an area
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Wage is ok but there are no bonuses, they are starting to join it according to your progress but it isn't there yet.

They currently try to sell a positive image but it is all false.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is no ability to progress, once you are in the company there is no future.
