It would be hard without Works council and some great colleagues.

Too many communication channels and teams. It would be better to cascade information from top to bottom. However, managers do not share much info and often micromanage.

It depends on the team. There are still some ''colleagues'' who will report you behind your back instead of being honest and giving you feedback. But 90% is ok

Possible to maintain, as long as you know how to manage your stress level.

A lot of re-org and change in management. There are no clear goals.
Interessante Aufgaben
There is not much place for the initiative. As long as you will do it be yourself and in your free time, it is ok. However, if you want to improve something with the support of colleagues or some data, it is hard.
Gleichberechtigung
There are still many male teams. It is hard to be one woman in a male team, as you can encounter misogynists

SAP started to check every money that you spend. It is frustrating because software licenses are needed for work and hardware supports your work.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
In theory yes. In reality, there are issues even with recycling.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
It is hard to get a raise. Only the manager can support it. Make sure the manager cannot work without you and you will get a raise. Or use connections to change the job.

Employees are unhappy about too many not necessary reorgs, decisions that affect SAP customers. We need stability, not more PR

It got worse. We do not have any interesting internal learning offerings and there is no budget for learning for 2022 and 2013
