Work-Life-Balance
SAP still has the mindset that if you want to make a career, you have to work long hours and be available all the time. In general, everyone is expected to want to make a "career", simply doing your job is not acceptable. 'Higher, faster, farther' is also the attitude at work and this puts a lot of pressure on many employees.
Interessante Aufgaben
It depends on the area and how "independently" you are allowed to work. In some areas, a lot is still dictated from the top down and you only do what the manager asks you to do.
