How much time do you have? :-) Some of the things I appreciate the most:
- very interesting industry, SAP is shaping the IT industry, not following it
- as a consequence there are very good possibilities to work on the technical frontier of almost anything related to IT and various industries; block chain, artificial intelligence, machine learning. And as SAP is present in close to all industries that exist, if an employee has a specific interest for e.g. finance, there is a good chance to get a job within that area as well.
- as already mentioned, SAP encourages their employees to try out new things, take responsibilities and ride the learning journey - it's up to the employees to make things happen, all prerequisites are there
- very flexible working hours and working location - perfect if you have kids
- SAP pays well, offers attractive share program
- a multitude of trainings and learning opportunities
- almost everything is digital - I need my laptop and my headset to work, and not really anything else. The basis for the high level of flexibility offered.
- "free" lunch
- gyms that are open 24/7 under normal, non-pandemie circumstances
- attractive retirement fund
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing is bad with SAP. With more than 100.000 employees, of course we can't all adore each other and mistakes are made. But all in all - SAP is a great place to work!

With very few exceptions, we colleagues stick to each other!
Work-Life-Balance
SAP gives a lot, but expects a lot back :-) This is absolutely fine. Even after 10 years in the company I'm still grateful to be allowed to work for SAP. It's not all perfect, but compared to other companies we really work in a kind of paradise.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Again, with few exceptions, the Managers are competent and fair. We colleagues evaluate the company incl. Managers every year and the evaluations are taken seriously. That's definitely not a given in all companies.
Interessante Aufgaben
I mentioned the word paradise in an earlier comment - I can reuse that word here. SAP not only offers a multitude of tasks and assignment, the company urges the employees to now and then change tasks and area to support the learning journey. SAP is huge and offers interesting tasks for close to everyone, not only in the technical areas.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I mentioned this in an earlier comment, but again. SAP offers a multitude of possibilities to develop and try out various tasks. This is in general highly supported.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
SAP pays well, and offers many, many benefits on top. Share program, gyms, "free" lunch to name just a few.
