Everything is a joke but you have to work for it double-time.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Processes are a mess or not existing. You're expected to pay everything (flights, hotels, ...) out of your own pockets because the travel agency is to expensive. Time recording is done in an age-old tool which stops working every now and then. The laptops are some years old and end-of-life. You're expected to start your business trips on Sunday but you will not be paid extra and often asked why you needed an extra overnight stay in the hotel. All in all it is stressful and even if you make extra efforts to be productive, enhance the customer satisfaction or whatever you will be blamed for not following the - non-existing - processes.
The success of one consultant is measured with the URVE - utilization realized vacation excluded - but you have no(!) influence on the outcome (it depends on the ressource management and your team lead).

There is little information from the management. even if there is this "management update" every once in a while the information presented are not actionable.
Work-Life-Balance
travel volume is high, like every week to another city. I haven't seen some colleagues for month.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They are inconsistent in their statements and actions. Today like this, tomorrow the other way round.
Interessante Aufgaben
Sometimes there are really great projects but in the meantime you have to work like a monkey on same old web-pentests...

Old laptops, desks not adjustable, iphone SE, everything only reachable via VPN so you need to carry your laptop everywhere.

There seems to be a sustainability strategy but I haven't seen any reporting, compensation or something.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
compensation is not to bad maybe even comparable to other consultancies
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The company doesn't send many people to conferences or training. You're expected to gain knowledge by working on projects, reading blogs or during internal training events, which are weekday where you are expected to work on customer projects.
