Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Continuous improvement. We are not perfect, nobody is, it matters though what you do today to change tomorrow. When I look back, then I see what steps forward we've made. I'll continue to help by being better myself every day. If we all do that, then the company ultimately be better. It is the employees who form the employer, as such I see a review here, as as well as a review of your own behaviour and mindsets.

Good ? Bad ? Why always label ? There is a lot of grey.

Continue on the path we are on, stimulate personal engagement & communication amongst our staff. Install processes & systems , but ensure flexibility and allow for employee engagement. Building more trust and allow for people to do the good.
Installing purpose thinking & continuous improvement of each employee.
Global HR , which with the hiring of Global HR - Director is a step in the direction.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

We look often at others to set the atmosphere for us, forgetting how we control our own thoughts. We can set the daily atmosphäre ourselves. In our team, we celebrate the good, own our failures, embrace imperfection. By seeking positive , we experience a postive enviroment in our company.

Kommunikation

Being a larger company , managing communication is a challenge. I would still like to see the use of phones more often, though when looking backwards, I see that personal and verbal communication is more and more often being used for important matters. Also here everyone has a personal responsibility in setting the example. The company provides all software, hardware for us to communicate.
Important matters are communicated through GL - Info's and CEO takes the time to communicate here clearly & personally.

Work-Life-Balance

Up till today I've been able to manage my time, my holidays as long as I take responsibility in ensuring that the customers & partners are addressed in my absence , the replacement is fixed. Then there has not been a single holiday that has been refused.

Interessante Aufgaben

The enviroment is interesting , we are growing and we develop new technologies. To experience this on a daily basis , it offers many opportunities to learn and to grow. It just takes your mindset to see it.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The last months the "why" of the company has become more clear, perhaps not realized by all but we contribute to make this world better. Our technologies help customers to recycle plastics, to have less food waste. Being a part of the organization, makes me part of this movement.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

We have made progress here, establishing the PDD - System for evaluation. Setting up systems for defining personal objectives. There is ways forward in the roll - out & establishing defined criterias. Though the fact that we have an evaluation system, shows me that my employer cares about finding out where I want to go.
