Run away as fast as you can. It won’t get any better – quite the opposite. Management is an absolute nightmare.

The colleagues are all nice and make an effort, but as soon as something comes down from the top – which happens at least every two weeks – it’s all elbows out, and it just becomes exhausting.
They constantly come up with new things just to get their shiny new ideas implemented quickly, but when it comes to following through, they are completely incapable. On a human level, it’s absolutely bottomless and lacking any empathy. The half-hearted attempts at improvement have been going on for years, but they only ever last a short while – especially when certain employer surveys are coming up (wink), and it shows.
When three or more extremely unempathic people sit at the top of leadership, even the nicest colleagues can’t make up for it.
Ever since the investors came in, everything has changed and not for the better. It used to be nice, but not anymore, at least not in certain departments.
