Seems that information from the first interview wasn´t passed on to the people in the second interview (first and second interview was with different people). The job description differed to what was required from the candidate in the second interview. Seems that not all people who attended knew what they were looking for in a candidate. Also my CV and further documents were not read by al people who attended the interview. Interview feedback and final rejection was not sufficient and unprofessional.
