We are sorry as it seems you have the worst time working with us. Reading your feedback we were wondering why you are still a part of the Spreadshirt team.

To make sure, we do not treat people like shit, nor does any of the other points reflect how it feels to work at Spreadshirt. But somehow it seems you did end up feeling this way and that makes also us feel sad. There are a lot of people at Spreadshirt, Employees, Manager and HR investing in our work culture and most of the time they do quiet a good job. Sadly you do not see that and feel different about Spreadshirt's work culture and atmosphere.

What I can offer you and everyone else working with us: If you have any constructive feedback, please share it with us more directly. We are here and we are keen on improving our work life at Spreadshirt. You always should be able to speak with your manager as well as with HR.
