stressfull, a lot of tension and huge workload. People are therefore unsatisfied and stressed

people communicate only digitally and do rarely talk to each other. many misunderstandings because of that

home office is an option, bu it really depends on your manager. Can't happen too often and is not a real modern way of flexibilty. The problem is: people do not trust you and think you just lie in bed all day

they take your ideas and pretend it is their own. you are just a number for them
Interessante Aufgaben
tasks are shity because they work with old programs and can not find a solution to update the system. so the work is more than unefficient

mostly men in leading positions (HR will now try to proove the opposite but in the C-level they are 80% men)

very bad. no trash separation and they only buy the cheapest of the cheapest
